Dear valued members, we are very sorry for the sudden lost of data and the inconsistencies you experienced starting from last week. We want to use this medium to apologize to you all. We really appreciate your unrelenting support in using this platform that is still in development. We work hard everyday to make stabliz better and convenient for everyone to use our services with pleasure. However, in an attempt to deliver an update via our server, we were very much unfortunate with how the process turned out. A simple error was mishandled which led to the lost of almost the entire database, even the backup database was infected when we restored it. It is sad that we have lost many of your data, but we are glad that at last we were able to restore your user accounts, posts, and private messages. However, a lot of information you've provided were still lost, such as your profile pictures, uploaded pictures, and the additional information you provided during your registration except your username, password, date and email.

We are glad to inform you that, despite the lost of data, we successfully upgraded our server and the updates was also implemented successfully. Now there are several improvements in the system and a lot to come.

So we encourage you all to try as much as possible to reproduce your lost information such as profile pictures and additional profile information. You can now create new posts and attach images better faster.

We promise to avoid this kind of situation in the future, so never again will you experience this kind of data loss.
